Answer-Call Screen: Sometimes Slider, Sometimes Button

I've noticed on on the liberty GB (currently running v.8) that the call-answer screen seems to have a mind of its own. Sometimes it'll do the normal way most are used to, slide to right to answer, slide left to ignore. But on other occasions it will be a button. Button on left bottom answers, button on right ignores.

Anyone have any clues as to why it flip-flops? And it there a way to force it to do one or the other?

If your phone is locked it to answer it you have the slider. However if your phone is unlocked you have the button. That's the way it has always been, to my knowledge.
