Another 4G outage?

When I try to switch mine to 3G only, it does nothing. At the moment mine actually says 4G, but nothing is working. Going on 2 hours in the Pittsburgh area.

No 4G in Tempe, Az either. What's the dealio? Just got my Verizon bill in the mail too. I've noticed there's never a problem in their billing department.
