Well, I've tried the support but it's impossible to reach those guys. Either they say I'm to contact the support of my country, or they tell me to contact the support (yeah, the very guys of the support).

Never seen such a mess, I thought Asus was bad but Samsung is the worst support I've ever seen.

I'm on ATT and I've never seen that security alert. I've recently updated to 4.3.

We'll also see how it goes - Again I had the notice waiting.

This time I let the security be updated this morning-
And now the prompt says -
Your security policy has been updated to the latest version - No further action is required.

I'll update if I see it again..

I just activated my GS4 a couple of days ago and have seen the message about 15 times. But when I try to update the version I get another message that says the update was unsuccessful and to check my wi-fi settings and be sure I am connnected. My wi-fi is connected and works just fine for everyhting else, but I still can't get the security settings updated. Any suggestions?
