I can say that my Huawei Watch does not vibrate when I move away from the smartphone. Anyone with the same smartwatch can confirm this, please?
Cheers

I'm using the stock watchface "Moon phase", could that be the culprit? It varies by which watch face software you use. I use watchmaker and there is an option to buzz once when you lose sync with phone(out of range) and buzz twice when reconnect.
There's an option in the wear settings inside the developer settings in the watch I believe that will allow you to activate that.I can say that my Huawei Watch does not vibrate when I move away from the smartphone. Anyone with the same smartwatch can confirm this, please?

Thanks for the reminder. I totally forgot about that option on the watch. I think some watch faces have the option built in and many don't. But that setting in developer options should force a vibrate on connect / disconnect regardless of watch face. There's an option in the wear settings inside the developer settings in the watch I believe that will allow you to activate that.
