Hey guys,

I'd like to use my Droid 1 to connect to my Home Desktop that has RealVNC Server on it

Any apps that are good for that?

Thanks!

That didn't work... Didn't connect and I used the same exact details that I use when I use VNCViewer on Windows 7

Is port 5900 forwarded on your router? Is RealVNC set up to accept connections from IP addresses outside your local network? Are you running encryption on RealVNC which isn't supported by these clients? android-vnc-viewer has worked for me in tests, reason I'm asking.

Run an SSH server on your home machine, then use ConnectBot to create an SSH tunnel to your home. Then, connect your VNC viewer to localhost:5900 and voila, encrypted. Of course, you'll still need to turn off encryption on the RealVNC server for the connection to work, but at least you'll be connecting through an encrypted tunnel instead of tossing your VNC session all over the Internet.
