android.process.media force close?

Whenever I flash cm7 after a couple downloads the market starts force closing and so does android.process.media. I think it may have something to do with my contacts syncing or importing themselves but this may not be the case. This did not start happening until I went from cm7 to miui and when I went back to cm7 the force closes started and they continue every time I try to flash it.
