android phtablet Netflix problem

Hi all. Help! I've just bought an aimson 9" mtk6572 1.2GHz duel core tablet phone. It will stream youtube, I-player etc but not Netflix. It runs on jb 4.2.2 and Netflix say it should work. It loads the app and then I pick something to watch. It loads that but when it starts to play it fast forwards the program for a few secs then freezes, but the audio carries on perfectly. Any ideas why pleeeese!
