Android phone setup problem

I am using a rooted HTC Desire 728g. I rooted it 3 days ago for hacking all of my games. But I had been facing a lot of problems like the play store not working and battery draining quickly so I decided to reset the phone.

Now, the phone is stuck in the setup process. It shows the Select Language page, Terms and Conditions and Select WiFi Network page, but after this it gives an error - Couldn't Sign You In. Check your data connection or contact Customer Care.

I rebooted the phone and tried again but it still shows the same thing. Please help since I can't use my phone at all......

you can not set up your phone, because your phone did lose the data, if you wanna make it work again, you should recover the data for your phone. thanks
