Honestly, I didn’t know why I formatted my Android phone. Maybe I was really sleepy. Overall, now, all my stored photos on the inner SD card were gone. How can I rescue them back? Some of them are valuable for me. Thanks!

Did you have automatic upload (backup) to your Google+ account turned on?

What have you done to this formatted phone since then?
If you have not written anything new on this phone, especially on this SD card, you can try some data recovery tool to take chances.
As I know there are countless data recovery tools that can be used to rescue lost pictures, like Recuva, 4Card Recovery and TestDisk and more.
Never try to format a drive or card without data backups again.
