I'm trying to setup the Android pay on my S7, but I keep getting this message,

    Android Pay can't be used,
Google is unable to verify that your device or software running on it it Android compatible.

Anyone one else every get this message?

I have seen that happen if the time and date is not correct. Go into setting and make sure it is set to auto time and date...

I will check. I currently have my time showing as military time, would that impact it?

Have you tried completely removing your Android Pay account (along with going into system settings, application manager, clearing cache, data, then uninstalling the app) and then starting the set up process from scratch?
