    Greg aka Android Code Monkey has a well established blog covering topics like setting up the Android Development Environment, Applying Themes to Eclipse, adding Base64 Encoding back into the Android API, App dev tutorials, etc.

    I used his how-to setup Eclipse, the JDK and the Eclipse Android Plug-in. It is slightly different than the Android Developers' site process and reduces some of the iterative Eclipse open/close operations during configuration. Very nicely done. Since then I've followed his Hello Android tutorial.
