Found this. Looks interesting. Should be able to help many by not having to use ADB

We're happy to release the first version of the Android Central Sideload Wonder Machine
What is it?
It's a Windows application that lets you sideload apps on ANY Android device, on any carrier, without the Android SDK installed. And you DON'T HAVE TO BE ROOTED
How it works
Make sure USB debugging is enabled on your phone
Make sure you've installed the Windows USB driver for your phone
Make sure that .NET 4 is installed on your computer
Connect phone to PC via high speed USB port and run the program.
Will this void my warranty?
No. This is the approved way to sideload applications direct from Android/Google. All we did was remove the difficult parts -- installing and setting up the SDK, and using the command prompt.
What if I find a bug?
We've tested it pretty extensively, on quite a few phones and versions of Windows, but bugs are certainly possible. If you find one, shout out here, and fire off an e-mail to Phil (phil.nickinson at androidcentral dot com) or Jerry (jerry.hildenbrand at androidcentral dot com)
Where do I get it?
Get it from Androidcentral.com
