You have to be a member of the Motorola forums and want to be a tester in order to get involved with this. It is basically a beta test sort of thing before they release the new OS to the public. They are looking for feed back for changes that need to be made any how it well it works before the main release.

I've been a soak tester before, on my razr, I was wonding what build # the maxx hd is on, compaired to the note 2

Its a small maintenance update. Nothing big. Wish it were the new 2.2.2.
