    Hide them in the app drawer? LauncherPro and I believe ADW does as well.

    Launcher pro has an option to hide apps and it's a very good home replacement too.

    Try checkig on Hide It in the market. It hides even more and it desguises itself.

    Adw and adw ex both allow creating sub-app drawers called catalogs. I'm running ex (paid). It allows creation of shortcut icons to go directly to the specified catalog. Works nice. This will achieve the goal of "hiding" apps by only showing what you assign in a catalog. Look is just like the normal app drawer.
