Did you do a complete wipe? And which version did you install? If you installed Version 0.4, he said he was making it look more like Android, which many of us didn't like.

I recommend using these files and following these directions. It's version 0.2 and the applied patches and works great. This is what I'm running. You should see the difference. But make sure to follow the directions exactly as he has shown. Post 139.

I went in the other thread (Custom ROMs->D1-MIUI roms) and tried that rom and did a complete wipe and it won't install any version of the rom and my phone, when you click "reboot phone", goes back to recovery :(

You MUST use the ROM from the link I gave you. You're trying to install a ROM for a Droid 1. If you aren't using the correct ROM, at best it won't work, at worst, you can brick your phone. You can't just grab ROM's and start installing. They MUST be made for your phone.
