There was a bit going on that got deleted. Some heart felt stuff from MrSmith. lol.

And you know companies with a heart is an oxymoron (no i didn't call you a moron) They will laugh at you if you asked to get your money back. These companies have the "all sales are final" attitude which annoys me to no end.

*Today the part of Verizon/Big Mobile carrier will be played by MrSmith317.

We have your money and you're not getting it back...No you don't OWN that phone...No you can't do what YOU want with OUR bandwidth. Sit in the corner and eat a cracker or I'll throttle your service. While we're at it, here's 7 new features...Why yes they are all tied to services we'll profit from and we have completely wiped out those pesky native versions of the applications for our nice, easy to use watered down version.

I wish the mainstream media (CNN,fox news, etc.) would pick up on stuff like this...(don't think they have but I don't watch the news lol) I can see the headlines now-

Apple tries to beat competition through "dirty tactics"
    Or
Apple underhandedly exploits copyrights to eliminate competition

I don't know how much it would do but I bet some people certainly wouldn't like apple's unfair methods and wouldn't buy iPhones simply on principal...afterall isn't apple basically trying to suppress freedom of choice and trying to institute a monopoly on smartphones by eliminating their biggest competition by exploiting poorly made copyright laws?

There is no way this will happen. Even if it did, I would rather use a flip phone than an Apple product

Exactly my point in why it should be more widely known that apple does underhanded stuff like this...people like having options and hate being "forced" to buy something because there aren't any other reasonable options...I wished I worked for a big news agency lol

If there was a news report on Apple, then they would file a suit against the news company as well for false accusations and other things. Apple doesn't like to take punches. Lol.

Motorola recently won a patent lawsuit against Apple in Germany. Stuff like this happens all the time between companies. Mostly Apple starts it though.
