So I went to he Amazon mp3 app and it looks familie to Itunes, same music so far I can see, in regards to albums/singles and seems like identical prices for the music as Itunes. Does anyone use it?

Also, it dls to your phone, so what happens when you upgrade to a new phone, do you lose the music you purchased?

Thanks.

I don't use it - Hopefully the Google Music will be the part of the next O/S release

I use the Amazon mp3 app. I think the music is stored on the SD card. So it should go with you when you switch phones. I haven't had problems yet. Their customer service was decent. I was having difficulties downloading a purchase. They were helpful and even sent me an immediate refund.

I haven't used the app, but I do download my music from Amazon's MP3 site otherwise. Good prices, good deals every once in a while, no DRM on the MP3s, and a pretty massive selection.

Will be interesting to see what Google will offer when they release their service.
