I got tired of waiting for my systems to compile the source and created my own AMI for Amazon's EC2.

    AMI ID: ami-afd13fc6
    System is Ubuntu 9.10 x64
Both jdk 1.5 and 1.6 are installed
    Username for login: ubuntu

    Android SDK located in /tools

The only thing required is a separate volume to download and store the source on. Volume size will need to be at least 10GB.

For those not familiar with EC2; any information stored on the root drive will be lost when the instance is terminated

I also have account in Amazon EC2 and what helps me to manage it easily is this Ec2 Tool. It helps me from deployment of codes till managing my account. I hope it can also be helpful for you.
