This may be an elementary question, but am I still rooted? I was previously running DroidMod when I rooted my phone, then after the 2.1 update was about to be released I unrooted. I forced the 2.1 update through the .zip file and it all worked fine. I realized though Superuser Permission in still on my app drawer. So am I still rooted or doing something wrong?

It's telling me permission denied. I'm assuming that means I'm not rooted?

If youre not rooted then I dont believe so since you dont have access to the filesystem, it may be possible with ADB but ive never used it, I prefer to do my code hacking on the droid itself :)
