Just a few days after the bootloader unlock method was released by Adam Outler we have Unofficial Cyanogen Mod 10. Developer "Sbrissen" has released his Alpha Build. While it has quite a few bugs they are mostly minor, I have been using this Rom as a daily driver since it was released on 12/14! I have noticed speed improvements with Touchwiz fully removed. I have also experienced longer battery life. As a power user I can get 15 hours plus out of the Galaxy Note 2 running this Rom. Bugs inlcude no streaming music over bluetooth, nfc may or may not work, orientation sensor delay this may take a minute to start working after first boot, data takes a minute to kick on (i found that 4g would drop out completely requiring me to turn on airplane mode then toggle back off to get 4g back), camera FC's occasionally (i could not get it to work at all), the GPS may or may not work (i didn't test).

Keep in mind that this is the first release of CM10 on the Verizon Galaxy Note 2 ever. It functions well overall. The bugs will surely be worked out quickly and performance options will be added with overclocking soon. This will be a solid release eventually to hold us over until the official CM release!

Haha, yes! I'm excited. I'll have this phone either Saturday or next Wednesday.
