On my lock screen I see this:

On my alarm screen I have no active alarms:

I've tried killing the alarm process, rebooting, deleting all alarms, nothing works and it still says Sunday at 6:45am.

    Anyone have any ideas?

Nope, it's the stock app... I did have a Sunday @ 6:45a alarm when I was running BB, but I wiped every 3 times, so I know it isn't there... but if I activate another alarm that will replace the Sunday @ 6:45a but when it's done, it comes back.

I think there's a second alarm app that runs from the desktop dock station.

Yeah, there sure is! Man, I'm SO glad you pointed this out. I cp the old-school Multimedia Station over every time I flash a new ROM, so I never see the desktop dock app or alarm clock. I deleted every alarm in the regular alarm clock area and I still kept getting the screens in the OP. Went to the desktop dock and sure enough, there that little hidden bugger was. Many thanks for the tip!
