I typically set my phone (Rooted Rezound) to airplane mode so that I do not get notifications in the middle of the night, but now that we have no house phone I would not get a call from my wife if she goes to work before I get up and has an emergency etc..?

I cannot find a setting that will allow this in my ICS.

Is there a free app that I can use that will allow only one or two numbers to get through if I am sleeping?

Ideas?

aFirewall let's you set rules for phone calls and texts. It's free.
Though not free ,Ringo pro let's you assign certain contacts to ignore silent/vibrate mode for texts and/or calls. That's the app I use.

I am going to give "Auto Ring" a try, some of these types of apps just dont work it seems. IT tends to ring on after I take the call.

I will try "Silent time".
