Ah another Gmail email question

Set up the account with my main "work" google account, synced calendar, contacts, email etc without a hitch. I have a personal gmail mail account I am trying to set up under the standard pop email accounts. No luck. Per the forum this should work. Could someone provide the exact set up they have working. Should be pretty straight forward but I can't get it to work.

PS Yes I have POP enabled in my gmail account.
