does blackdroid just not like ADW Launcher? I know launcherpro got bundled with UD 1.0.0, I just prefer ADW Launcher for my own reasons.

So far every single time I reboot my phone (which happens a lot especially when I'm trying to alter my boot animation and I reboot to test), I have to Titanium Backup-Restore all of my widget apps + Data just so the widgets would even SHOW in the list! Not to mention my widgets show up with a blank box basically saying widget not properly loaded.

Its the only issue I'm having.

I had that issue. Turns out the apps with the disappearing widgets were installed on the SD card. I moved them to phone and it was fine.

Btw I wasn't using UD at the time though. Still may apply though.

Odd that it would do that. You'd think that if you have the option to install apps to the SD card (comes with Android 2.2 anyway!) that it should be able to read the widgets from there, too.

I saw that thread, actually and just moved the widgets back, works so far.
