ADW.Launcher was just pushed to the android market :)

    Recommended settings

    Scroll Speed 750
    Overshoot 40

    Drawer Animation on
LWP support off (unless you are using a livewallpaper)

With those settings it should feel as fast as LP

    (taken from market)

    Opensource home replacement app.

    -customizable desktop preview
    -customizable application drawer
    Android or galaxy/iphone style
-customizable drag and drop action buttons
-customizable unveil the dockbar by flicking up the app drawer button and drop 6 shortcuts/folders or apps (wow... i didnt know i could put folders there time to redo that lol)

    Notes:
app drawer is 5 high even when selecting 6 unless you hide the notification bar to make all 6 rows fit on the screen

its the most customizable launcher out there yes LP is fast ADW is a little slower not much but noticable if your looking close enough

some of the features i like are the options to make the app drawer 6x6 in and 8x6 port/land

the hidden 6 app launcher and the FroYo like app drawer with 2 buttons plus the dots

not worth being able to have 6 shortcuts, if you have to slide your finger to see them. Might as well have them on a screen.
