ok so in short, flashed tranquility then when i finished signing into gmail and recovering my data, i was given the option to either use adw launcher, or the setup application i gues. SO i accidentaly clicked always open with and then hit the setup option instead of adw launcher. Now my phone only shows the date and time, my desktop is gone, and i cannot open or using any applications or anything one my phone? can someone please help me fix this?

Can you reboot into recovery and restore your backup or wipe data and cache?

I don't know what recovery you have but its pretty self explanitory when you get there. Press and hold the power and home buttons together until the M logo appears. Then your recovery will come up. Scroll to wipe data and cache or factory reset. Then install zip from sd card and select the rom and install. If you use rom manager its probably in a folder called clockworkmod. If you have any trouble try and google it, there's tons of info on it.
