advertising sent to phone

Anyone else getting ads sent to them that they didn't ask for? I am getting them all the time now and want to stop them, but can't figure out how. I have turned off all my notifications, but they keep coming. Anyone have any ideas?

Download and install Airpush Detector.

It will tell you which if the apps installed is the offender. You will then need to uninstall that application.

You probably installed an app that utilizes them. I think there's an app that tells you were the notifications are coming from.
