What app is everyone using to get rid of ads. Can't stand them lol
AirPush Ad Detector is a good one. Is "Ads" turned off for your Google account?
Not sure what you mean by ads in my Google acct.
Go to settings > accounts and tap Google. There are other options there and the opt-in for ads should be off by default but I have seen some who didn't realize it was on, however it happened.
yea it was on. What happened to all the good ad blocker apps? I get pop ups in my browser and in all apps. Annoying as hell
I use AdAway, the apk can be found over at XDA. I think 95% of the ad blocking apps, if not all, have been removed from the play store.
Do you think you could link it for me? I've been Google searching and I'm coming up blank lol
I use Adaway as well. This is free, and available from here: https://f-droid.org/repository/browse/?fdid=org.adaway
You're welcome! Let us know if you have any other questions. I did forget to tell you that you must be rooted. Sorry!
