Adobe Flash Video Incredible vs. Droid X

Any reason why HTC Incredible phones are able to play Flash Video but I can't play video in my Droid X? I've tried SkyFire, and that doesn't work either, but I saw it play video on an Incredible.

Droid X doesn't have 2.2 yet, and htc phones come with flash lite.
