If anyone is interested, I modified Srtfool32's red dark live wallpaper and made it darker and added the droid eye. I have been using it with V8 and 8.1.1 so I don't know if it will work with anything else. Attached is a screen shot.

To install, follow Srtfool32's instructions taken from the V8.1.1 page:
sprecovery - rename to update.zip and install through recovery

clockwork - no need to rename, place on sdcard anywhere you want, reboot recovery, click install zip from sdcard and then choose zip from sdcard and search to where you placed it and install!!!

Just used clockwork to install this on my cyanogen ROM and rebooted and am now stuck on the Motorola Logo...took battery out and booted again...same thing...will update...

EDIT: Had to reflash cyanogen to get back into the phone. Live wallpaper is not in my list. Incompatibility issues I guess.

cyanogen is it's own beast... it's not based off of the latest ESE53 ROm, rather it's a ported over Nexus ROM built from source. I would recommend doing backups before messing with it too much.

I love Cyanogen and I understand its not based off of ESE53 or many other ROMs for that matter. I have several backups already but it was easier to just try and re-install the latest ROM as an update and it worked.

Just wanted to add my 2 cents about it not working for Cyanogen so no one else makes the same mistake :)

I am however looking for other live wallpapers that will work with Cyanogen if anyone knows of a good spot for them besides the market which I have almost all of :)

my live wallpapers are only tested on UD!!! if they become incompatible bc of an upgrade we do i will let you know!! so this is fine on all 8.0 and 8.1.1 releases! only thing that really changes from rom to rom release is framework! but r1lover has it covered and updates those as need be!!

Thank you. I realize now that I should have asked you before I posted this since I did use your wallpapers and instructions. Sorry about that bud.

My Photoshop skills aren't very good. Cut and paste is pretty much it for me. But here you go. I had to use the blue and silver.zip that Srtfool posted, because I have no idea how to change the colors of the moving LEDs.

I changed the posted blue and silver to just blue and increased the glow of the pulses. Same install, copy to root of SDcard, change name to update.zip.....

You're welcome. That's a nice looking setup you have. Attached is a raised eye for you if you want it to looked more centered between you icons and clock.

Thanks and good catch. I had weatherbug and weather widget donate updating at different intervals. It's stinks how much the temp changes here in northern IL in one hour.
