Add new languages

Hi guys!
I have a question. I've just purchased a Samsung S4 in USA, but I'm from Brazil. The problem is: there is no Brazilian Portuguese in the languages of the phone. Does anyone know if there is any update or if there is any way to add this language to the phone?

Is it mostly an input/keyboard issue? If so, there is a keyboard called Hackers Keyboard that has a terrific selection of language inputs,

It's not a keyboard problem, it's an input problem... the keyboard has a Portuguese option, but the input doesn't
