ad program removal

Hi guys,

I just purchased a droid3 to be used on pageplus. I rooted it last night with motorolaoneclick. How can I remove the ad program that is constantly producing ads in my notification bar?

most likely an app that you installed. can you long press the notification and click app info? theres an app you can install that will tell you what apps are producing notification bar ads. let me know if the first way doesnt work and ill find the name of that app.

no app I installed. This was present soon as the phone was activated. I will check on the program name.
