Greetings, all. I've been loving my Razr Maxx for many months now (though need to blow it out from time to time as it tends to get clogged and slows significantly over time). However, on 3 occasions, usually following a reconfig of some sort -- today it was a hard factory reset as part of a Spring cleaning -- my ActiveSync casues multiple failed login attempts on the Exchange Server which in turn forces a lockout. IT then needs to unlock the account. I've searched the forums with little success. I've also stopped pushing, shut down sync, reconfigured the ActiveSync account settings, etc., though the only solution is to unlock the account on the Exchange Server.
Any thoughts on how to prevent this would be most appreciated.
