Activation after Hard Reset

If I'm planning on Hard-Resetting my phone, will I have to re-activate it when I turn it back on? When I first activated my phone, I got charged $60.00, and I don't want to be charged again.

No, you wont be charged again. Dial *228 option 1 to activate, reboot and dial *228 option 2 to update your PRL.
