Accidentally deleted facebook contacts how can i resync them?

Hello, i just got my droid about a week ago and i had been fooling around with it and i deleted my facebook contacts but know i can get them back. Any one know how to fix this issue?

Go into settings in Facebook. The option to sync should be towards the bottom.

I've tried that but i dont see the sync option.
