3500MAH Extended Life Motorola Droid 3 Battery

I've been using it for more than a month now. It does deliver on extra power HOWEVER the major issue I have with it is that it sits at 1% FOREVER (I'm talking sometimes 12 or more hours on my usual use) before finally turning off.

Any ideas on how to get the phone to read the battery correctly? I've already tried calibrating. It isn't helping.

I think it is the firmware, which cannot calculate the exact percentage..
When you remove the battery, when it is 1%, and than reinsert, after couple sconds ,does it show an other percentage?
