aaaargh..help?

phone will not accept a file transfer from pc.

it is is set as mtp, camera option did not work either.
I can drag a file, in this case an apk for adobe, to the proper folder and the progress bar pops up. Then it just sits there and after a few minutes i get a windows error saying it cannot transfer the file. Phone is unlocked(as in not on lock screen) and nothing works.

USB debugging checked? Also, there are different "modes" you can try. Don't know why they have to have the different modes and it just not "do it", but...

yeah i kinda gave up and just emailed it to myself and retrieved the file on the phone that way. thanks though.
