App Widget picker. It groups the widgets. For example, if you have 5 music widgets, the menu only shows 1 music icon and submenu says 5 widgets...when you select music, it expands the widget menu to allow you to pick from the 5 available.

This beats having a long list of widgets that are the same.

Regular .apk install. Just download, click install.

Then, long press on your homescreen, check set as default, then choose app widget picker. That way from now on, your widgets will open to this grouping rather than the one in settings.

    AppWidgetPicker.apk

I will also be including this in my Kuro update.

I've been using this app for many months now and I have to say its FANTASTIC! No clue why Google hasn't done this themselves.

They probably will add it in at some point because that's the beauty of open source!!

I cannot move the apk to /system/app... it will not allow me to paste (via Astro or ES File Manager). does this have to be done on a computer? or through another app?

Also, how do I re write the permissions?

    Thanks in advanced!

Root Explorer is the one I know that does all that.
