A market for root only?

Is this talking about the root apps on the market, or is there a market with only root apps on it? It confused me...

there is the regular google market, and there is a black market and I know there is some rooted stuff on each. where to find the latter? I dunno

we could each list which root apps that we are currently using, maybe we would find something that we didn't know about or ask questions on the root apps
