a little help here

I recently got the Epic, and whild playing I have downloaded a video to the video player app and now have no idea how to delete it. help

You should be able to long press on the file and a menu will pop up. Or you can use a file manager and manually browse and find the file, then delete it.

Thanks Brad, I try holding it down, like you do for every other app and then a menu pops up and you can delete it... I will look for a file explorer... any other tips would be great

You should have one that came with your phone. Would be named "Files" or something like that. Or you can download an app like Astro file manager.
