A Little Help Guys. How to turn off auto correction in email and web forms

OK...Every time I reflash this silly phone it sets back to default and one of the defaults is to suggest corrections as I type. I've turned it off a few times but I can not for the life of me find the settings. I'll buy a virtual beer for the first one to show me where that danged setting is!

Add "Settings" between "Menu" and "Language&Keyboard" but otherwise...I owe you a beer! Why don't we have an emoticon for that?
