A little help for a newbie ?

I have a 64 bit Vista PC and downloaded the correct Droid driver.
When I tried to connect with my USB it connects but does not let view Droid, where is the setting on the Droid to connect with USB ?

Running the same setup here. Pull down the notification bar and press USB then choose one of the options. Do the same thing to disconnect (never just pull the plug) and choose the NONE option first then pull the plug.
