Hi,

I accidentally dropped my Ally and now the screen is totally non-functional. The phone appears to turn on (per the sounds) but the screen itself is absolutely blank. I have tried removing the battery, performing a reset, but all to no avail. This happened once before, but within a few hours the screen was back to being functional. This time....na-da.

Thoughts?

Thanks,

John
