Hello All,
I rooted my phone and installed a new UI via .zip. I did not flash. I would like to get my phone back to the original (or updated) R2D2 UI. This is my main problem. A secondary is that I need to send my phone in for repair/replacement because of several hardware problems. The volume down button is broke and easily gets set off and the backlight does not work correctly.
I had Z4Root on the phone with bootstrap and when I turned the phone on it used to go to a bootstrap screen, but not it does not. i did a factory reset using the X+Power on method, hoping it would set it back to the R2 UI, but now bootstrap does not even come up. Along with this my contacts will not sync correctly and the droid market does not recognize my phone (online market) so i cannot look at my library and easily reinstall apps.
Any help or suggestions welcome.
