I just rooted and installed bugless tonight. I really want to get rid of my car dock application cause I hate it, but when I type the script for it I just get the message permission denied because it says read only. I tried the script to change to read write but that said it was blocked. I would also like to know what launcher has the phone and browser buttons down low. I tried helix launcher but it didn't work. Thanks guys

I explained part of this question in the ROM thread. As far as removing icons, all I do is use Root Explorer, navigate to my system/app folder and just change the extension of the apk's that I don't want, to .bak. They will disappear from your tray, and if you need them again, all you'll need to do is go back to the same folder, and rename then to .apk.

Figured out the launcher. Someone taught me that I can drag items down there. I had tried it but didn't realize I needed to drag them to the green dot. Still can't figure out why I can't delete the carhome application.

    Yea, it's handy.

Can't answer that permissions thing for you because I don't have any use for it. Everything I do, I mainly use Root Explorer.

To remove the carhome app open up the terminal emulator and type:
    su (enter)
    rmcarhome (enter)

    That should do the trick.
