Here is my stable nandroid backup. No extra garbage, it just runs really fast and has everything you want.

    Additions:
800Mhz (I've tried them all and this is the most stable and runs amazingly)
    Adamz Glass Theme
    2.1 Voice Keyboard
Multi-Touch Maps and Gallery from recent update
WiFi Tether enabled (just grab the apk at: Downloads - android-wifi-tether - Project Hosting on Google Code)

Removed (they are still in the system/app folders saved as .bak)
    email
    corpcal
    visual voicemail

    so here ya go!

    800Mhz_glass_mt_vkb-BS-20100204-0148.zip

    Have fun!

I know a lot of people have issues with ADB and don't know how to install some of these things on their own and are depending on custom roms that have issues. This is a stock 2.0.1 with all the features added and the boot image flashed accordingly.

Sorry I don't have a clever name for it.

i dont believe pete of BB wrote anything.. just put together a rom the way he liked it and did a nandbackup/exported to .zip. i know theres an app for exporting to .zip which you can find on alldroid.org

all you gotta do is change the system settings to reflect your name/version

They are in the system/apps folder, just use Root Explorer and rename them from .bak to .apk

or you can use terminalemu and type:

    su
    mv /system/app/email.bak /system/app/email.apk

root explorer is easier tho... :)

So I installed Bugless Beast. If I were to install this on my phone how would I go about doing this?

    Sorry for the noob question.

Do I just remove the BB files from my sd card and install this rom to it and reboot in recovery mode like I did with BB?

So to install this, just load the update.zip to the root of our SD card, boot into recovery mode holding x on the keyboard and then apply the update and restart the phone?

I did some hunting on the forum and as long as you have SPRecovery then yes... That should be it.

I don't know that I have sprecovery. I have bugless beast installed, but I don't recall having sprecovery, nor do I know quite what it is :p. I'm betting I can search the forums for the answer, lol.

Reboot your phone while holding X.

If the screen after the Moto logo comes up doesn't say sprecovery, then you don't have it.

just make sure when you do the recovery you only select boot and system. I do not have a data file as part of the backup so it shouldn't do anything, or it could wipe your data.
