Cool... well now I know.. when it gets to SPR I can just mount USB mass, rename it, and install. Still more convenient overall though.

    Update with SPR

Correct me if I'm wrong, but right now with SP recovery the OTA patch will reboot once, then we have to manually rename the new patch to update.zip and apply? This is what I did on the first patch.

Interesting - I'm wondering HOW that can happen - I'm intercepting each request to add a notification and changing the text ... UNLESS they are putting it in, but not in a textbox - that might explain it

Not sure. Just confirmed that Build number says "Patchlevel#2", so I know it's in there.

When a song title is initially sent to the status bar and pops up there, it shows in the selected notification text. But when I pull down the status bar, that text under "Notifications" is still black.

The update just failed in recovery for me. I'm running the no theme version of 4.7. I did, however, update the framework-res.apk with the file you gave me earlier, in order to change the status bar. The error doesn't appear to have anything to do with that though. It seems to have something to do with the location. I'm using Clockwork 2.5.0.1.

    The recovery.log is attached.

And you've verified the file is not there on the SDCARD?

/sdcard/pandora-weatherbug.zip is what it is looking for - what is the newest file on your SDCARD - should be that one

Man, I have been using BB for a long time now. I switched to this rom just the other day, and I have to say, this is some slick stuff.

OTA patches? Wow man, great work.

    Bluetooth issues?

Hey Chevy. Love the theme. Got all the updated patches running on 4.7 SS blue theme. I am running your kernal 1.25 low voltage.

I tried pairing it with my Jabra car wireless car speaker and it sees it but when trying to pair it says it can't. Any ideas from the talented community dancedroid

Edit: solved this. nothing with ROM.. user error

Indeed, it is not there. I'll just load it manually and see how the next OTA goes for me.

    Thanks,

these updates are so cool. It is like getting a Verizon update except you get a great explanation and they are sent out in a timely manner and actually seem to do what you want....

IMHO this feature along with solid performance and stability makes your ROM the best one out there...

    Anyway thanks...

I'm not getting the OTA patch :( Do you have to have patch 1 installed or anything?
