Did you try a different kernel?
They worked perfect UNTIL I installed a different kernel... Just stay with the stock kernel.
I've actually installed them directly over CM6 and had good results as well.
And I've flashed a few that the stock kernel caused boot loops.
I was going to do a new 6.0 install since I had it on my droid before and it ran flawlessly for about 5 days then quickly started to run like molasses. I was rom hopping for a few days but since 6.1RC1 is coming out soon I think Ill just go back to one of my backups.
I don't think I got to flash a different kernel.
Boot into recovery manually, mount USB mass storage and transfer the kernel to your SD card, install as a standard update.zip install, reboot.
Or if you have downloaded a different kernel through CW, just use the recovery to go into clockwork recovery and locate the kernel that is in the repo.
