o) Uninstall the existing driver
o) Reboot the PC
o) Install the new driver
o) Reboot the PC
o) Connect the phone as charge only or MTP mode and allow windows to find the driver
o) Reboot the phone into AP Fastboot mode and allow windows to find the driver
o) Reboot both the PC and the phone

Sounds like a pain, but, it's worked for my HoB people.

ok cool trying this now

I just flashed the .886 fxz with rsdlite and my phone just plays the bionic boot animation, and keeps restarting itself.

Why would you do that? What version were you on before you did this?

Lol ok well I'm kind of a noob I guess.. I rom'd eclipse rom on bionic as soon as I got it, and I got it when it was released, So I figured i should go back to the earliest release. I'm trying .893 now. I'm wanting to put ICS and CM9 on it. I did make a clockwork mod backup before trying this

You should really be FXZ'ing to 905 at this point for several reasons. The iCS roms likely won't work on anything before that and it's the latest official update.

Trying to find help for my issue. Was on .246 thanks to Sam's excellent HOB. I flashed every leak there was while preserving data, but my phone seemed very sluggish so I wanted to reinstall 246 with a wipe. I tried HOB 9.3, choose the FXZ option, and now I apparently messed up something with Webtop that has broken Fastboot. I can't even get into Recovery without the below Fastboot error appearing. Any help would be a god send, as I have some very important calls I will be missing today.

Invalid CG OTV (CG: webtop): Invalid SP Data
Invalid CG HAB (CG: webtop, status: 0X0035) Invalid SP Data
Invalid CG OTV (CG: webtop)

Thanks in advance!

As I said in the cross posted post, the error is very clear. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that if there's a webtop error that maybe you should flash the webtop partition... Which is not installed by default by the HoB.
