Try this and let me know if this works:

    http://chevyno1.richstevenson.com/3.2/LiveWallpapers.apk

Then just push that to /system/app (might reboot)

    Save Apps to SD

    Hey Chevy,

I'm just getting going with this rom. pretty cool so far! quick question, how do you save your apps to your SD card instead of internal memory? Is there a command for that? Also, as I'm new to this whole rooting thing, is this your most up-to-date rom or am I way behind? Thanks!

One way you can do this is to go to Settings | Applications and then click on the App you want and you should see a Move to SD card button there. Click that..

I don't think that will work. SS 3.2 I'm pretty sure is a 2.1 based ROM, which doesn't support apps2sd.
I don't think he still supports 3.2 anyways. You should just download SS 4.7, his most up to date work. It's nice. Highly recommended.

Once your on 4.7, go to settings, then at the top there's Chevy's tools. There's a script somewhere in there to enable apps 2 SD. I installed 4.7 without wiping, and I was running 3.3 when I upgraded. So try installing 4.7 right over top of 3.2 without wiping.

Awesome, I installed 4.7 and its pretty cool so far. I still don't completely understand how to implement the apps2sd program though.

So, all of my apps are backed up on my SD card. If I install them back onto my phone, it automatically adds it to the internal memory. Do i have to set up apps2sd to have them store to the SD card prior to installing all of them from the backup? or does it only apply to future apps that I download from the market? Thanks for your help!

Yep, that's it. It basically just enables it to install on the SD card. Alternatively, you can also go to your already installed apps (in the "Manage Applications" menu) and hit "move to SD card" after you've enabled Apps2SD
